Due to the numerous active ingredients of its components, Organic Shea Butter, Devil’s Claw Extracts, Arnica Montana and Horsetail can be used to combat numerous ailments. Arnica Montana is an excellent remedy in case of bruises, joint pain, edema with fractures, hyperextension, arthritis, bursitis, myalgia and hematomas. Horsetail Extract can improve skin elasticity by virtue of its astringent and toning action and is known above all for its anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antimicrobial and antioxidant properties. In addition, the emollient, nourishing and moisturizing properties of Shea Butter make it an excellent solution for skin care. Finally, the Devil’s Claw is particularly active especially in situations that cause pain and inflammation such as tendonitis, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, back pain and neck pain.

Ingredients:Butyrospermum parkii butter, Helianthus annuus seed oil, Zea mays germ oil, Stearic acid, Harpagophytum procumbens root extract, Arnica montana flower extract, Parfum, Equisetum arvense extract, Limonene, Linalool, Citronellol, Geraniol, Eugenol, Citral, Benzyl benzoate.

Directions: Thanks to its complete absorption and being a not particularly greasy Butter, it can be used for back, leg, neck and muscle massages. Also suitable for sports. Given the high percentage of functional substances contained, it lends itself to acting as a cosmetic adjuvant to relieve bruises, bone or muscle pain, together with massage.

How to use: Massage for a long time on the affected parts of the body until the product is completely absorbed. Repeat the application two or three times a day, as needed. Apply a generous amount of butter by wrapping the treated part with a transparent film (such as domopack) to facilitate the absorption of the product.

Arnica Montana
Arnica montana is a homeopathic topical pain relief agent. Its mechanism of action is not well known. Arnica preparations have shown wound healing, antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, and pain relieving properties. Arnica’s actions may be due to two chemicals called Helenalin and Dihyrdohelenalin. These chemicals may modify the action of immune cells, kill bacteria, reduce the activity of chemicals and blood cells that cause inflammation, and kill cancer cells.

Devil’s Claw
Devil’s claw (Harpagophytum procumbens) is a plant native to the Kalahari desert in southern Africa.
Many of the benefits of devil’s claw are attributed to a compound known as harpagoside that is believed to have anti-inflammatory and analgesic (pain-relieving) properties.
The plant is commonly used to treat rheumatic conditions affecting the joints, ligaments, tendons, bones, and muscles. These include back pain, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and tendinitis. Others believe that it can treat fibromyalgia, sciatica, nerve pain, gout, and symptoms of Lyme disease. While robust evidence of its effects is sorely lacking, a number of smaller studies have suggested that devil’s claw may be highly effective in certain situations: Osteoarthritis, Back Pain, Rheumatoid arthritis.

Organic Shea Butter
Shea butter is fat that’s extracted from the nuts of the Shea tree. It’s solid at warm temperatures and has an off-white or ivory color. Shea trees are native to West Africa, and most Shea butter still comes from that region.

Horsetail Extract (Equisetum Arvense)
Horsetail (Equisetum arvense) is an herbal remedy that dates back to ancient Roman and Greek times. It was used traditionally to stop bleeding, heal ulcers and wounds, and treat tuberculosis and kidney problems. The name Equisetum is derived from the Latin roots equus, meaning “horse,” and seta, meaning “bristle.” Horsetail has traditionally been used as a diuretic, as a treatment for osteoporosis (thinning bone), because it contains silicon, a mineral needed for bone health, and it is known above all for its anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antimicrobial and antioxidant properties.
